Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

At Nexmvu Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while maintaining our commitment to excellent service.

2. Special Event Periods

During special event periods, holidays, and peak seasons, different cancellation terms may apply:

• New Year's Eve (December 30 - January 2)
• Major Casino Tournaments
• Local Special Events
• Peak Holiday Seasons

For these periods, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

3. Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 rooms or more):

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund
• 15-29 days: 50% refund
• 14 days or less: No refund

Group bookings require a separate contract with specific terms and conditions.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification:

• Your entire stay will be charged
• The remaining nights of your reservation will be cancelled
• No refund will be issued

5. Early Departure

If you check out before your scheduled departure date:

• A minimum of one night's room charge plus tax will apply
• Additional penalties may apply based on your original length of stay
• Notice of early departure must be given by 12:00 PM on the day of departure

6. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.):

• The hotel may waive cancellation fees
• Each case will be evaluated individually
• Supporting documentation may be required

7. Refund Process

When a refund is due:

• Credit card refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Bank processing time may take an additional 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

8. Modifications to Reservations

To modify your reservation:

• Changes must be made at least 72 hours before check-in
• Rate differences may apply
• Date changes are subject to availability
