3.2 Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only after we provide written confirmation and your payment method has been successfully processed for any required deposit.

3.3 Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

3.4 Identification Requirement

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide proper identification.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Room Rates and Taxes

All room rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Resort fees may also apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

4.2 Deposits and Guarantees

Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We may authorize or charge a deposit to your card at the time of booking or prior to arrival.

4.3 Incidental Charges

Upon check-in, we will request a credit card authorization or cash deposit to cover incidental charges. Any unused portion of this deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

4.4 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash and approved personal checks are also accepted.

5. Casino Gaming Rules

5.1 Age Restrictions

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fees or eviction without refund.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Personal Property

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Safe deposit boxes are available at the front desk and in guest rooms for your convenience.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim, including but not limited to claims for bodily injury, is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
